Phin Ratio is run by one person (that’s me, Paolo), so there’s no contact form, no ticket system, and no support team — just an inbox:
What to write in about
- Corrections. A ratio that doesn’t match your experience, a historical detail I got wrong, a Vietnamese term I’ve mangled — these are the emails I most want. Tell me which page, and what you’d change.
- Recipe and brewing questions. If the brewing guide and the troubleshooting page didn’t cover your situation, describe your phin, grind, and dose and I’ll take a shot at it.
- Something broken. Calculator misbehaving, a page rendering oddly, a link going nowhere — include your browser and what you tapped, and I’ll fix it.
- Ads. If an ad on this site is misleading, inappropriate, or otherwise shouldn’t be here, email me a description or screenshot and I’ll report and block it. The privacy policy covers how the ads work in general.
What to expect
I usually reply within a few days. It’s just me, so if a reply takes a little longer, it’s a busy week, not a brush-off. And if you don’t need anything but the site earned a spot in your morning routine, a hello is always welcome too.
